1cChopped Fresh Pineapple
1cChopped Yellow Bell Pepper
1/3cRice Vinegar
1tbMinced Seeded Jalapeno
  Chili
1/2tbCurry Powder
1/2tbGround Pepper
1tbVegetable Oil

Puree pineapple in processor until smooth. Add bell pepper, vinegar, chili, curry powder and ground pepper; process until smooth. With machine running, gradually add oil.
