1 | c | Chopped Fresh Pineapple |
1 | c | Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper |
1/3 | c | Rice Vinegar |
1 | tb | Minced Seeded Jalapeno |
Chili | ||
1/2 | tb | Curry Powder |
1/2 | tb | Ground Pepper |
1 | tb | Vegetable Oil |
Puree pineapple in processor until smooth. Add bell pepper, vinegar, chili, curry powder and ground pepper; process until smooth. With machine running, gradually add oil.
