16 | oz | Can fruit cocktail, |
| | Including syrup |
1 | c | Coconut |
4 | | Eggs |
1/4 | c | Oil |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1/2 | c | Chopped nuts |
| | BUTTER GLAZE: |
1/2 | c | Butter |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Evaporated milk |
1 1/3 | c | Coconut; shredded |
CAKE: Blend all ingredient except brown sugar and nuts. Beat four minutes.
pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and
nuts. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Spoon warm
butter glaze over warm cake. Serve warm or cool with whipped topping.
BUTTER GLAZE: Combine butter, sugar and evaporated milk in pan. Boil two
minutes. Stir in shredded coconut.
