Title: Puerto Rican Bread Pudding

2 1/2 | cn | Evaporated milk |
2 | lb | Fresh french bread |
2 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Pure vanilla |
2 | ts | Cinnamon |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Butter |
1 | c | Raisins |
Preh | eat oven to 300 degrees. |
Add all ingredients, except raisins, and mix on medium speed until well blended in ovenproof bowl or casserole. Add raisins. Bake 1 hour or until tester comes out clean. Cook and enjoy with a tall glass of milk!
