2 1/3 | c | Corn |
2 | | Eggs; beaten |
1 | c | Milk |
1/3 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Butter or margarine; melted |
1 | pk | Corn bread/muffin mix; 8-1/2 |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | cn | Cream-style corn; 16-1/2 ozs |
1/2 | ts | Nutmeg |
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:50 In a mixing bowl, blend cream
cheese, eggs and sugar. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
