Title: Noodle Fruit Pudding

FROM JONI'S KITCHEN
8ozWide egg noodles
2 Eggs; beaten
3/4cSugar
1/2cMilk
1tbSeedless raisins
1tbCurrants
1tbCitron; cut fine
1tsVanilla
1tsButter; melted

Cook the noodles in rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse. Mix in a bowl the eggs, sugar,milk, raisins,currants,citron, and vanilla. Add the noodles, and put all in a buttered baking dish. Pour the melted butter over all, and BAKE in a moderate oven (350^F) for 30 minutes. Serves eight.
