Title: Strawberry Noodle Pudding

4 | oz | Fine egg noodles |
1 | c | Strawberry jam |
1/2 | c | Cream or evaporated milk |
1 | c | Pecans; chopped |
Few bread crumbs | ||
2 | tb | Butter |
Cook the noodles in rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse. In a buttered baking dish, put alternate layers of the noodles, jam, and pecans, having the top layer of the noodles. Over this pour the cream and sprinkle with bread crumbs, dot with butter, and BAKE in a moderate oven (350^F) until golden brown. Serves six.
