Title: New England Plum Pudding

1 | c | Seedless raisins |
1 1/2 | c | Cold water |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Shortening |
1 1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Cloves |
1/2 | ts | Allspice |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Soda in a little water |
1 | Jar lemon peel | |
1 | Jar orange peel | |
1 | Jar citron | |
3 | c | Flour |
Mix raisins, water, sugar and shortening together and boil ten minutes. Let cool and then add the other ingredients. Put in a mold and boil three hours. Mrs. Frank Leary
