Title: Homemade Chocolate Pudding Mix

Yield: 9 Servings
| DRY MIX | ||
| 4 | c | Nonfat dry milk solids |
| 2 2/3 | c | Sugar |
| 1 1/3 | c | Cornstarch |
| 1 | 1/3 c. baking cocoa (up to 1) | |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| PUDDING | ||
| 2 | c | Milk |
| 1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
| 1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
For Mix: Sift together all ingredients. Stor in an airtight container or plastic bag. For Pudding: Combine 1 c. mix with milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly or do in Microwave, stirring occasionally. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes. Can serve warm or chilled. For Pie: Can decrease milk by up to 1/4 cup. Follow directions for pudding. Cool slightly, pour into baked pie shell. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com
