Title: Crustless Bacon & Egg Quiche

8 | Strips bacon, diced | |
3 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Bisquick |
1/4 | c | Butter, melted |
Dash of pepper | ||
1 | c | Shredded ceddar cheese |
Grease a 9 in pie pan. In a skillet fry the bacon until crisp. In a blender combine eggs, milk, bisquick, butter and pepper. Blend for 15 seconds until well mixed. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with diced bacon and cheese and gently press below the surface with a fork. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes.
