1		10 in unbaked pie shell
2	tb	Chopped onion
1		Minced clove garlic
2	tb	Butter
4		Eggs, sl beaten
2	c	Mashed cooked pumpkin
1	c	Milk
1	c	Cream
2	c	Grated swiss cheese
1	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Nutmeg

Saute onion and garlic in butter and set aside. Combine remaining ingrdients and onion mixture. Pour into pie shell. bake 375 40 minutess or set and brown.Let cool slightly before cutting.
