Title: Broccoli and Sausage Quiche

1 | 9 inch pie crust | |
1 | cn | Cream of broccoli soup |
1/2 | pk | Brown and serve sausage links (about 5) |
1 | pk | Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained |
1 | c | Fresh mushrooms, sliced |
2 | tb | Instant minced onion |
2 | Eggs | |
Pepper | ||
3/4 | c | Shredded Swiss cheese |
Preheat oven to 450F. Cover bottom of pie crust with foil. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 4-6 minutes longer. Reduce oven temperature to 375F. Brown sausage and mushrooms together; mix in soup and cheese. Add eggs, onion and pepper. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Bake quiche 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
