1 | cn | La Seur Peas |
1 | cn | French Green Beans |
1 | cn | Whole Kernel White Corn |
1 | cn | Pimento, 4 oz size drain all canned vegetables |
1 | c | Chopped onion |
1 | c | Chopped celery |
1 | c | Chopped green pepper |
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
3/4 | c | Cider vinegar |
1 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Pepper |
2 | tb | Water |
Put drained, canned vegetables in a non-metal bowl. Add fresh chopped vegetables, mix well.
Thoroughly mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water is a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to low, and cook two minutes. Cool.
Pour sauce over vegetable. Marinate 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve well chilled.
