Title: Ruth's Vegetable Medley

1cnLa Seur Peas
1cnFrench Green Beans
1cnWhole Kernel White Corn
1cnPimento, 4 oz size drain all canned vegetables
1cChopped onion
1cChopped celery
1cChopped green pepper
1/2cVegetable oil
3/4cCider vinegar
1cSugar
1tsSalt
1tsPepper
2tbWater

Put drained, canned vegetables in a non-metal bowl. Add fresh chopped vegetables, mix well.

Thoroughly mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water is a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to low, and cook two minutes. Cool.

Pour sauce over vegetable. Marinate 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve well chilled.
