Title: Fresh Summer Relish

Yield: 2 Cups

3mdCucumbers
1/4cOnion; grated
1/2tsPepper
1 1/2tsSalt
1/4cCider vinegar
1tsDill seed

Put cucumbers through food chopper (medium-fine blade); drain. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Before using, chill in refrigerator several days to let flavors blend. Makes about 2 cups. From BH&G Magazine Sept l952 sent by Bessie Germond, Chautauqua, NY
