Title: Pepper-Y Relish

Yield: 3 Pints
12 | lg | Peppers; green and sweet red mixed; ground -5-1/2 cups |
3 | md | Onions; ground -1 cup |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | tb | Salt |
1 1/2 | ts | Mustard seed |
1 | c | Cider vinegar |
Pour boiling water over ground peppers and onions to cover; cover with lid and let stand 20 minutes. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 12 to 15 minutes. Seal at once in hot sterilized jars. Makes 3 pints. From BH&G Magazine Sept l955 issue sent in by Mrs.T.L.Moore, Arlington, MA
