1 1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | c | Chili sauce |
1/3 | c | Worcestershire |
1 1/3 | c | Salad oil |
3 | tb | Prepared mustard |
5 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |
4 | tb | Onion juice |
4 | tb | Vinegar |
1 | ts | Red pepper |
1/2 | ts | Tabasco sauce |
1 | ts | Black pepper |
Mix together thoroughly. A note here states that 'the Colonel uses Heinz ketchup and Lea & Perrins worcestershire. Yields 2 quarts; keeps indefinitely.
