Title: Sauerkraut Relish

Yield: 4 Pints

3cnSauerkraut (27 ozs each)
2cSugar
1cHoney
1 1/2cSalad oil
3tbCaraway seed
1tbSalt
1/2cPickled sweet red pepper; minced

Combine all ingredients, except pepper, and simmer 2 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Stir in pepper, pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 4 pints.
