Title: Red Onion Salsa for Zing

Yield: 2 Cups
2 | md | Red onions, finely chopped |
(1 1/2 cups) | ||
1 | md | Tomato, finely chopped |
(3/4 cup) | ||
4 | Cloves garlic, finely choppd | |
1/4 | c | Green onions, chopped (3 md) |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Cilantro, chopped fresh |
2 | tb | Balsamic vinegar or apple |
Cider vinegar | ||
1 | tb | Olive or vegetable oil |
1 | ts | Soy soy sauce |
1/4 | ts | Ground red pepper (cayenne) |
RCROCKETT |
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. About 2 cups salsa.
