3 | lg | Grapefruit |
2 | md | Oranges |
1 | md | Mango, diced |
1 | sm | Red onion (peeled and diced) |
1 | sm | Red pepper, julienned |
1 | Yellow pepper, julienned | |
1 | lg | Chile pepper, julienned |
2 | tb | Chopped cilantro |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Olive oil |
Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze the juice. Combine cut grapefruit, oranges, mango, red onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and oil. Toss carefully.
Yields 6 servings. Serve over fish, chicken or pork.
