3lgGrapefruit
2mdOranges
1mdMango, diced
1smRed onion (peeled and diced)
1smRed pepper, julienned
1 Yellow pepper, julienned
1lgChile pepper, julienned
2tbChopped cilantro
1/4tsSalt
1tsOlive oil

Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze the juice. Combine cut grapefruit, oranges, mango, red onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and oil. Toss carefully.

Yields 6 servings. Serve over fish, chicken or pork.
