Title: Citrus-Pineapple Salsa

1 | md | Red grapefruit peeld/chopped |
1 | md | Red bell pepper, diced |
1 | sm | Orange, peeled/chopped |
8 | oz | Crushed pineapple, undrained |
2 | Green onions, thinly sliced | |
1 | sm | Jalapeno, seeded and chopped |
1 | tb | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 | ts | Ground cumin |
2 | tb | Fresh lime juice |
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with Southwest Chicken Salad. Yields 4 servings.
