Title: Citrus-Pineapple Salsa

1mdRed grapefruit peeld/chopped
1mdRed bell pepper, diced
1smOrange, peeled/chopped
8ozCrushed pineapple, undrained
2 Green onions, thinly sliced
1smJalapeno, seeded and chopped
1tbChopped fresh cilantro
1tsGround cumin
2tbFresh lime juice

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with Southwest Chicken Salad. Yields 4 servings.
