1 | Mango, peel/dice | |
1 | Avocado, peel/dice | |
1 | Red Onion, peel/dice | |
1/2 | c | Chopped Cilantro |
1 | Jalapeno Pepper, seed/mince | |
3 | tb | Lime Juice |
1/2 | ts | Dried Oregano Leaves |
Combine mango, avocado, onion, cilantro and jalapeno pepper. Stir in the lime juice and oregano leaves. Let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.
