1 Mango, peel/dice
1 Avocado, peel/dice
1 Red Onion, peel/dice
1/2cChopped Cilantro
1 Jalapeno Pepper, seed/mince
3tbLime Juice
1/2tsDried Oregano Leaves

Combine mango, avocado, onion, cilantro and jalapeno pepper. Stir in the lime juice and oregano leaves. Let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.
