1 | lb | String beans, blanched & - sliced |
2 | | Green chilies, julienned |
2 | | Red chilies, julienned |
1/2 | lb | Tofu, pressed & cubed |
1/2 | c | Coconut milk |
2 | tb | Soy sauce |
4 | tb | Lime juice |
2 | tb | Sugar |
1 | tb | Chili sauce, see recipe |
Place the beans on a large serving platter & arrange the green & red
chilies & tof cubes over the top. In a small bowl, mix together the
coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar & chili sauce. Just before
serving, pour the dressing over the salad.
