Title: Cucumber & Onion Salad

1 | English cucumber | |
1 | tb | Soy sauce |
1/2 | ts | Oriental sesame oil |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
1 | Small clove garlic; minced | |
1 | tb | Rice vinegar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Hot chinese chili paste |
1 | sm | Onion, sliced |
Trim ends off cucumber and cut into 1 inch chunks. Combine rice vinegar with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, hot chili paste and garlic. Mix dressing with cucumbers and onions; serve at room temperature.
