Title: Beef and Bisquit Casserole

1pkRefrigerated bisquits or 1
  Recipe Bisquick rolled
  Bisquits
1 1/2lbGround beef, sausage or
  Turkey
3/4cChopped onion
2 1/4cShredded cheese
3tsChili powder
3/4cSour cream
1tsMinced garlic
1/3cChopped green pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
12ozTomato sauce

Brown beef, onion, garlic and green peppers; pour off fat. Add half the cheese and remaining ingredients. Place half of the biscuits in an ungreased 9-inch or larger casserole. Cover with meat mixture, spreading evenly. Place other bisquits on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
