Title: Beef and Bisquit Casserole

1 1/2 | lb | Ground beef, sausage or |
| | Turkey |
3/4 | c | Chopped onion |
2 1/4 | c | Shredded cheese |
3 | ts | Chili powder |
3/4 | c | Sour cream |
1 | ts | Minced garlic |
1/3 | c | Chopped green pepper |
2 | | Eggs, beaten |
12 | oz | Tomato sauce |
Brown beef, onion, garlic and green peppers; pour off fat. Add half the
cheese and remaining ingredients. Place half of the biscuits in an
ungreased 9-inch or larger casserole. Cover with meat mixture, spreading
evenly. Place other bisquits on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
