2 | c | Milk |
3/4 | c | Cheddar cheese;shredded |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | lb | Turkey;thinly sliced |
8 | sl | Ham;thinly sliced |
6 | sl | Toast;trimmed |
3 | x | Tomatoes;skiced |
10 | x | Bacon;partially cooked |
2 | oz | Parmesan cheese;grated |
Add flour to butter. Whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Add cheese,
salt and Worcestershire , stirring until smooth. Arrange turkey and ham
slices on toast in a 9x13" baking dish. Top with sauce, tomato slices and
bacon. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 20 minutes or till bubbly at 425
degrees.
