2 | tb | Salad oil |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
1 | tb | Sesame seed, toasted |
1 | ts | Sugar |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
4 | c | Torn salad greens |
2 | c | Cooked chicken or turkey, cut in bite-size strips |
5 | Radishes, sliced | |
2 | Green onions, sliced | |
1 | Hard-cooked egg, cut into wedges |
For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine salad oil, vinegar, sesame seed, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and shake well to mix. chill thoroughly.
For salad, in a large salad bowl combine torn salad greens, cooked chicken or turkey, sliced radishes, and sliced green onions.
Toss lightly.
Shake dressing again just before serving. Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly to coat. Garnish with the hard cooked egg wedges. Makes four servings.
