1 | cn | 16 oz. mixed fruits packed in light syrup or pineapple chunk |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
2 | ts | Soy sauce |
1 | ts | Cornstarch |
1 | tb | Water |
1 | sm | Green pepper, cut into chunks and blanched |

1. Preheat broiler. 2. Mix turkey with bread crumbs and seasonings. Shape
into 4 patties. 3. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes per side. 4. In 2-quart
saucepan, combine reserved juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixed
with water. 5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, whisking until
thickened. 6. Stir in green pepper and fruit. 7. Pour over "burgers".
Method-Microwave - sauce only 1. In 2-quart microwave-safe saucepan,
combine juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixed with water. Cook,
for 3 - 5 minutes on mediym-high power; stir once. 2. Stir in green pepper
and fruit. 3. Pour over "burgers". YIELD: 4 servings SERVING SIZE: 1 patty
