2 | oz | (60g) thinly sliced smoked |
Turkey or chicken | ||
2 | tb | Softened, pimento-flavored |
Cream cheese | ||
Stuffed green olives |
Lay out turkey or chicken to form a 7x8-inch rectangle. Spread with pimento-flavored cream cheese. Lay a row of stuffed green olives along short side. Roll up tightly. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Slice diagonally. Each roll makes 8 pieces.
