Title: Turkey Casserole

16 | oz | Ground turkey |
2 | cl | Garlic |
1 | c | Onion; chopped |
1 | c | Celery; sliced |
1 | c | Mushrooms; sliced |
28 | oz | Progreso Italian tomatoes |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
1/2 | ts | Basil |
1/2 | ts | -Salt |
2 | c | Zucchini; sliced |
2 | c | Spiral macaroni; cooked |
Brown turkey, garlic, onions, and celery. Stir in mushrooms and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes. On bottom of casserole (sprayed with PAM) spread zucchini and spiral macaroni. Place turkey mixture on top. Bake at 350 F. for 35 minutes. Each serving = 3 P, 4 1/2 V, 1 Br.
