Title: Sweet and Sour Turkey Bites

Yield: 5 Dozen

2lbGround raw turkey
36 Dare Breton crackers,
  Crushed
1/2cFinely-chopped onion
1/4cMilk
2 Eggs
1pk(6.5g) Instant Chicken
  Bouillon Powder
1/4cCorn starch
1cn(19oz/540ml) Pineapple
  Chunks
1cWater
1/3cSoy sauce
1/3cCider vinegar
1/3cPacked brown sugar
1/2cEach Slivered Red and Green
  Peppers

Combine turkey, cracker crumbs, onion, milk, eggs and bouillon powder; shape into 1-inch balls. Place on greased 15x10-inch (2L) jelly roll pan. Bake in 500F (260C) oven for 12 minutes. Smoothly combine corn starch and pineapple with juice in medium saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Add meatballs; heat through.
