Title: Sweet and Sour Turkey Bites

2 | lb | Ground raw turkey |
36 | Dare Breton crackers, | |
Crushed | ||
1/2 | c | Finely-chopped onion |
1/4 | c | Milk |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | pk | (6.5g) Instant Chicken |
Bouillon Powder | ||
1/4 | c | Corn starch |
1 | cn | (19oz/540ml) Pineapple |
Chunks | ||
1 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Soy sauce |
1/3 | c | Cider vinegar |
1/3 | c | Packed brown sugar |
1/2 | c | Each Slivered Red and Green |
Peppers |
Combine turkey, cracker crumbs, onion, milk, eggs and bouillon powder; shape into 1-inch balls. Place on greased 15x10-inch (2L) jelly roll pan. Bake in 500F (260C) oven for 12 minutes. Smoothly combine corn starch and pineapple with juice in medium saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Add meatballs; heat through.
