Title: Italian Turkey Cutlets

8 | oz | Tomato sauce |
1 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 1/2 | ts | Dried oregano leaves |
1 | tb | Dried parsley flakes |
1 | ts | Dried thyme leaves |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | Clove garlic, minced or 1 | |
Teaspoon garlic powder | ||
1/4 | ts | Crushed red pepper |
1 | lb | Turkey cutlets |
Combine tomato sauce, oil, oregano, parsley, thyme, salt, garlic and crushed red pepper in small bowl. Spread one tablespoon sauce over each cutlet. Roll up. Place seam side down in 8-inch square baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over cutlets. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
