Title: Smoked Sausage Italian Bean Soup

2 | ts | Olive oil |
1 | lb | Smoked sausage or Polska Kielbasa, sliced Beef, Lite, or Tur |
1 | c | Chopped onion |
1 | cn | Tomatoes, crushed (28oz can) |
3 1/2 | c | Water |
2 | | Cubes chicken bouillon |
1 | c | Small pasta shells, uncooked (4 oz) |
1 | cn | Kidney beans, drained (18oz) |
1. In soup kettle or 4-quart saucepan heat oil over medium heat. Add
sausage and onion; saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Add
tomatoes (with juices), water and bouillon; bring to a boil 3. Add pasta
and beans. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until pasta is tender,
about 15 minutes. Serve
