Title: Taco Casserole #2

1 | lb | Turkey -- ground/cooked |
1/2 | c | Onion -- chopped |
1/2 | c | Bell peppers -- chopped |
1 | pk | Taco seasoning mix |
1 | Jar taco sauce -- (8 oz) | |
1 | c | Fat-free sour cream |
1 | c | Fat-free cottage cheese |
1 | c | Tortilla chips -- crushed |
1 | c | Cheddar cheese -- grated |
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare the bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish = lightly with cooking spray. In a skillet, brown the turkey and cook onio= n and peppers until tender. Add taco seasoning mix and taco sauce; mix a= nd set aside. In a medium sized bowl, combine sour cream and cottage che= ese; set aside. Place the crushed chips in the bottom of dish. Add meat= mixture to cover the chips, then cover the meat with the sour cream mixt= ure. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 min= utes or until cheese melts and casserole is heated through.
