5 | lb | Turkey -- ground |
2 1/2 | tb | Salt |
1 1/2 | ts | White pepper |
1 | tb | Sage |
1/2 | ts | Ginger |
1 1/2 | ts | Nutmeg |
1 1/2 | ts | Thyme |
1 | c | Water -- cold |
Mix spices in water first. Then add turkey. Mix batter with hands until thro ughly blended. Cook and freeze in smaller portions.
