Title: Spaghetti Southern Style

Yield: 4 Servings

2slFat-free turkey bacon --
  Cooked and crumbled
1/2tsOlive oil
1cTurkey light meat, skinless
  Cooked and cubed
1/2cBell peppers -- chopped
1/2cOnions -- chopped
1tsChili powder
1 Clove garlic -- minced
10 3/4ozTomato soup, condensed
1/2 Soup can water
2cSpaghetti, thin -- cooked

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey, bell peppers, onions, chili powder, and garlic. Cook until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato soup, water, and bacon. Cook, covered, over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
