Title: Stuffed Spud Marco Polo

STUFFED SPUDS | ||
2 | Baked potatoes | |
3/4 | c | White sauce |
1/3 | c | Cooked turkey, diced |
1/3 | c | Ham, diced |
1/3 | c | Cooked broccoli |
Cut a thin slice from top of each potato. Keep shells warm. Remove pulp;
mash with 1/2c white sauce, reserving the remaining 1/4c to put on top. Add
turkey, ham, and broccoli; mix gently. Heap in to shells. Spoon 2T white
sauce over each potato and put under the broiler until lightly browned.
