Title: Turkey Sandwiches with Berry Cream Cheese

1/4 | c | Nonfat cream cheese |
1/4 | c | Seedless raspberry jam |
1 | tb | Chopped walnuts, toasted |
8 | sl | Whole-wheat bread, (3/4-ounce) |
4 | Curly leaf lettuce leaves | |
1/2 | lb | Thinly sliced cooked turkey breast |
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each of 4 slices of bread. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 ounces turkey, and remaining bread slices. Yield: 4 servings.
