Title: Turkey-Apple-Cheese Sandwiches

Yield: 4 Servings
1/3 | c | Vanilla low-fat yogurt |
1/4 | c | Mango chutney |
8 | 7-grain sandwich bread slices | |
1/2 | lb | Thinly sliced smoked turkey |
1 1/2 | Fuji or Gala apples | |
(sliced into 24 pieces) | ||
1/4 | lb | Thinly sliced muenster cheese |
Vegetable cooking spray |
Combine yogurt and chutney, and stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each of 4 bread slices; top each with turkey, apple, cheese, and a bread slice.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Yield: 4 servings.
