Title: Spicy Tomato Fettuccine

Yield: 4 Servings
8 | oz | Fettucine, cooked |
2 | oz | Turkey bacon |
1 | lg | Onion |
5 | lg | Tomatoes, peeled and seeded |
2 | tb | Fresh parsley |
2 | ts | Olive oil |
2 | Cloves garlic, pressed | |
1 | ts | Basil |
1/2 | ts | Salt and pepper |
1/4 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
Parmesan cheese |
Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm. Fry bacon until crisp on 11-inch Griddle; drain and set aside. Chop onions and tomatoes with Food Chopper. Snip parsley with Kitchen Cutters. Heat olive oil in Stir-Fry Skillet. Press garlic wi th Garlic Press into skillet. Stir-fry 15 seconds. Add onion. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley and seasonings to Skillet. Gently stir 3-4 minutes until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat and serve over pasta. Grate fresh Parmesan chees e over top. Recipe by: The Pampered Chef
