COMBINE OIL, SOY SAUCE, SYRUP, VINEGAR, GINGER AND GARLIC. TRIM FAT FROM
STEAK. MARINATE IN SAUCE UNTIL TIME TO COOK. REMOVE STEAKS FROM MARINADE.
RESERVE MARINADE FOR LATER USE. PREPARE STOVE TOP GRILL OR PREHEAT BROILER.
GRILL OR BROIL FOR 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE AND TURN ONCE OR TWICE. BRUSH
WITH MARINATE EACH TIME YOU TURN. BROIL UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS.
