COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE CHEESE AND POTATO CHIPS IN A CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH CHEESE AND POTATO CHIPS. BAKE AT 400 DEG F. FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES.
