1/2 | ts | FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER |
1/8 | ts | SALT |
1/3 | c | FRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE |
1/4 | c | FINELY MINCED PARSLEY |
* HAM, CUT INTO FINE SHREDS, ABOUT FOUR SLICES.

BOIL WATER IN A LARGE POT FOR THE PASTA. IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT THE
OLIVE OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD THE WALNUTS AND GARLIC POWDER, SAUTE FOR 3
MINUTES. STIR IN THE HAM AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES. KEEP WARM.
PUT THE PASTA IN THE BOILING WATER AND COOK FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES. DRAIN
AND POUR BACK INTO THE HOT PAN. STIR IN THE PEPPER, SALT, PARMESAN AND
PARSLEY. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
