2 | tb | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | cn | Beef stock |
In skillet melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and beef stock. Cook 15 minutes over very low heat or double boiler. Consumme' can substitute for beef stock. Serve with beef dishes.
