1 | Medium onion, diced | |
2 | Cloves of garlic, crushed | |
2 | Medium tomatoes, seed, chop | |
2 | Jalopenos, seeded, chopped | |
1 | ts | Dried oregano |
1/4 | ts | Cummin |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalopenos, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Cover with wax paper. Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.
