Title: Shrimp Fettucine

4 | oz | Bleu cheese |
1/4 | c | Parsley, finely chopped |
2 | Clove garlic, minced | |
2 | tb | Half n half |
1 | lb | Cooked, shelled shrimp |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
4 | Scallons, finely chopped | |
1/3 | c | Dry white wine |
Black pepper |
With cheeses at room temperature, combine with wine and half n half in a 2 qt casserole. Add seasoning and shrimp. Bake at 375 degrees until heated through, about 20 minutes. Toss with cooked fettucine.
