1/2tsSugar
1/8tsCrumbled saffron threads
2tbSherry vinegar (available at specialty foods shops and some
1tsMinced pimiento-stuffed olive
1/3cOlive oil
  Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl whisk together the sugar, the saffron, the vinegar, the olive, and salt and pepper to taste, add the oil in a stream whisking and whisk the vinigrette until it is emusified. Makes about 1/2 cup.
