1/2tsHoney mustard (available at specialty foods shops and some s
2tbRaspberry vinegar (available at specialty shops)
3tbWalnut oil
3tbOlive oil
1tbMinced fresh tarragon
  Salt to taste

In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Stir in the tarragon. Makes about 1/2 cup.
