2 | tb | Raspberry vinegar (available at specialty shops) |
3 | tb | Walnut oil |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | tb | Minced fresh tarragon |
Salt to taste |
In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Stir in the tarragon. Makes about 1/2 cup.
