2 | c | Cooked brown pinto beans plus 1/2 cup bean juice |
2 | c | Cooked rice |
1 | lb | Hamburger, browned and drained |
1 1/2 | c | Grated cheddar cheese |
1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Optional: onions and green peppers, sauted and cooked with |
Mix all together. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes or until bubbly, use 2 quart dish. Serve hot with corn bread and a green salad.
