Title: Sausage and Egg Casserole (M_c-Tx)

6 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
1 | c | Sharp cheddar cheese grated |
2 | c | Milk |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
6 | Slices bread, crusts removed and cubed | |
1 | lb | Sausage--crumbled, fried and drained |
1 | ts | Salt |
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9" x 13" baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8-10. Gayle Baggett
