1 | md | Head cabbage, shredded |
10 3/4 | oz | Can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted |
2 | tb | Milk |
1 | c | Shredded process American cheese |
1 | c | Soft bread crumbs |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
In a large covered saucepan, cook cabbage in boiling salted water for 5
minutes. Drain well. Place in a greased 8" square baking dish. In a small
saucepan, blend soup and milk. Heat well. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Pour over cabbage. Saute bread crumbs in butter until golden. Sprinkle over
cabbage. Bake at 350øF for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
