1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 1/4 | lb | Cottage cheese (dry) |
1/2 | c | Parmesian cheese |
2 | cn | Tomato sauce |
1 | ts | Italian seasoning |
8 | oz | Lasagna |
2 | c | Mozzarella (grated) |
~ Brown the ground beef and drain. ~ add tomato sauce and seasonings ~
simmer slowly for 20 minutes ~ prepare the lasagna noodles ~ arrange one
layer of lasagna in parallel strips in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch
baking pan. ~ Top with 1/3 of the meat sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella, 1/3 of
the cottage cheese. ~ Repeat the layering until done. End with the cottage
cheese. ~ top with parmesian cheese. ~ Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30
minutes. ~ Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
